Meet Patti
Patti’s real estate career began in Coral Gables, Florida, before she and her husband, Phil, moved to Atlanta in 1970 to begin his architecture career. Soon after, Patti became the youngest person at the time to sit for the Georgia real estate exam—and just two years later, she earned her broker’s license. That early determination launched a remarkable career that has spanned more than four decades.
Prior to joining Dorsey Alston, real estate agent, Patti was the top agent at one of Atlanta’s largest real estate companies for 16 consecutive years and an inaugural member of its prestigious Society of Excellence—the highest honor bestowed on a select group of NAR member worldwide. From 2010 through 2020, she went on to serve as Dorsey Alston’s No. 1 agent, earning the distinction every year for a full decade. With career sales surpassing $1 billion—including more than $600 million in just the past decade—her record of success is unparalleled.
Much of that success stems from the trust and loyalty of her clients. Patti’s database of past and present clients is extraordinary, and they continue to praise her not only as an expert in her field, but also as a true friend and partner in fulfilling their dreams. Combined with her architect husband of more than 50 years and her son in the building business, Patti has developed a keen eye for every facet of design and construction, making her insight invaluable to her buyers and sellers.
Her team today is a family affair: her son and daughter-in-law work alongside her, together with her assistant, Ann Nagle. This dedicated group ensures every client receives the highest level of service.
Patti has been recognized as one of Atlanta’s top 10 producers, is a lifetime member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers Club, recipient of the Crystal Phoenix Award for more than 35 consecutive years of multi-million dollar production, and an active member of the National, Georgia, and Atlanta Associations of REALTORS®.
A Florida native and University of Florida graduate, Patti has called Atlanta home for more than 50 years and Brookwood Hills for 40 of those years. Away from work, she loves fishing and spending time at her second home on the Chattahoochee River—designed and built by her husband and son. Most of all, she enjoys time with her three children and five grandchildren, who live in Atlanta and Houston.
